Kitchen garden cocktails
Celery gimlet

Serves 2

This is a lovely refreshing and punchy cocktail to make good use of that head of celery that stares at you when you open the fridge and screams ‘ don’t let me wilt and die’. Sugar syrup is easy to make by just mixing equal quantities of boiling water and sugar together.
